  • eXpresso Session – AML Due Diligence 23 FEB eXpresso Session – AML Due Diligence - This session aims to give a detailed understanding of how to accurately complete customer due diligence as part of the account opening process. We will also look at the different types of ID you will commonly be offered by members, and what security features each contains. This session will be useful for anyone within a credit union, but especially for staff involved with account opening.
