ABCUL Academy Privacy Policy

How we use your personal information 

ABCUL uses your personal data for the purposes of providing the ABCUL Academy service to you. We may also process your personal data to help us improve our services.

Information we process

We will store your name, contact details, and information about your role and the company you work for. We also store information about your activity on ABCUL Academy and maintain a record of what training you have undertaken as part of our service. We may also use this information to assess how training materials are being used to help us improve the service.

We will only process your data where we have a legal basis in accordance to data protection law. For ABCUL Academy our legal bases are:

  • Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interest

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided

Necessary for our legitimate interests (in the case of our business contacts to promote the use of our services).


We do not offer services to the general public.

Retaining your information

We will retain your information only for as long as we need to and in accordance with data protection legislation. When your subscription to the ABCUL Academy ends we will retain your data for 6 years, during this time you may still exercise your data protection rights listed below.

How your data is shared

We will share your information with our third party suppliers in order to help us provide the ABCUL Academy service to you. We only permit them to process your data under our instruction and for the purposes specified by us. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.
